If I'm not mistaken it's somewhere between 16-18 lbs. I usually put my hand on the top of the ratchet where it pivots and tighten it as tight it will get. Kinda hard to explain without it sounding like I "actually torque it" as tight as i can, but It works. Any who, good luck.

20 ft-lb for the mains, 7.2 ft-lb for the caps.

Thanks. But for the mains I ment mains as in the crank. I'm plastic gauging my mains and I'm having trouble with 2,3 and 4. It seems the clearance is different depending on what order I tighten them. Does you know the correct order?
Also I think I might of damaged a rod bearing from lack of oil pressure but not sure what to look for. The back of the rod bearing I'm holding is black and the front looks like it has heat spots on it. What does a sun bearing look like?

Crank mains are 56lb for 1 and 5, and 49 for 2,3 and 4. Helms does not specify a torquing order.
I don't know what a sun bearing is.

I apologize for my incorrect info. I didn't pay too close attention and I thought you were talking about something else. My bad.

SuperTeg-- No problem I need those specs also.
I do have a manual. Well sort of. Its Mitchell on demand. It just seemed weird that there is no order for 3,4 and 5 mains to be tightened in and wanted to double check.
Thanks for the help.
btw Sorry I ment to say spun bearing not sun.
